Bubble tea making
- The simplest and fastest option, especially suitable for outdoor sales and in small sales places - kiosks, stands, etc. Prepare the finished base - mix the syrup with water in a 1:9 ratio, if possible store in the refrigerator. We put ice in the glass, you can optionally add pieces of fruit, frozen fruit, etc. , add about 2 tablespoons of bubble tea balls, cover everything with the previously prepared base - the drink is ready to serve.
- A slightly more complicated, but more original way of making bubble tea, more suitable for cafes and home cooking. Brew your favorite tea: green, black or fruit. When the tea has cooled, add about 50ml of bubble tea syrup and mix well. Put about 2 tablespoons of bubble tea fruit balls in a glass and pour over the previously prepared tea with syrup, finally add some ice cubes and the tea is ready to enjoy.
- Bubble tea balls can be added to tea, milk, syrup, carbonated drinks, juices or yogurt. Balls are also great as an addition to desserts, fruit salads and cakes. You can use them in the kitchen in many ways - just as your imagination tells you.
Slush drink making
- Pour water into the slush making machine and add slush syrup ratio 1:7, turn on the machine in freezing mode and after about 1.5 hours the drink is ready for sale. During the night, we recommend not to turn off the device, but to turn on the cooling mode so that the next day the drink is ready for sale faster.
